Issue 1

No description given for the following clients  
a) add_soap_header_client.php
b) echo_client_rest.php
c) sudoku
d) trader
e)  mtom_upload_client_base64.php and  mtom_upload_service_base64.php
f) All rm samples - echo_client_rm.php, echo_service_rm.php, mtom_upload_client_rm.php, mtom_upload_service_rm.php, ping_client_rm.php, ping_client_rm_multiple_messages.php, ping_service_rm.php
g)  ssl_client.php
h) dynamic_client.php, dynamic_echo_service.php
i) yahoo
j) flicker

Issue 2
======
The following samples are located inside particular folders
a) google
b) flicker
c) mtom
d) security
e) reliable 
f) yahoo
g) trader
h) wsdl_mode

Therefore should mention that these are located inside these particular folders
E.g.:- (In security directory [as given for the math samples])

Issue 3
======

It states that the math samples are located inside the math folder but now it is moved outside. Therefore remove the comment from both client and service-  (In math directory)
