The documents available in the docs folder needs to be updated.

Some of the information given are out of date
E.g.:- manual.html - 1. If you have built from the source you should now have the wsf_c binary and the php_wsf.dll. (Here the dll should be wsf.dll and not php_wsf.dll. There are several places where it refers to this dll as php_wsf.dll)

Some of the information given are incorrect
E.g.:- manual.html - You will find a script (sqlite_schema.sh | sandesha2_schema.bat )  for creating the databases..... Here the sandesha2_schema.bat should be corrected as sqlite_schema.bat

Some information are not given
E.g.:- When configuring the mysql databases etc., the passwords which you should specify are not given
