The clean.bat file located at the root level, does not clean the axis2, rampart, sandesha folders

When you run the clean.bat file which is located at the root level does not clear the rampart and sandesha2 folders. 
If you need to clean these folders you will have to run the clean.bat file which is located inside the wsf_c folder. 

Therefore it is better if this can be corrected in such a way that the clean.bat file cleans up everything including the rampart and sandesha2 folders located inside the wsf_c folder as well without having to run a separate clean.bat file
