When uninstalling the WSF/C distribution which is installed through the MSI, some of the folders are not removed

When you uninstall the WSF/C distribution which was installed through the MSI, it leaves out some of the folders like bin,client_repo, lib, logs

Please make sure that it removes the entire distribution when you uninstall
