The clean.bat file does not clean the folders deploy, int.msvc, etc properly

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set guththila=1 in the configure.in file and built the source
2. Then executed the clean.bat file and set guththila=0 and then build the source once more
3. Even though guththila was disabled and built, the guththila jars are available in the lib folder
4. Seems that the clean.bat file does not clear the necessary stuff.

Please change the clean.bat file to clear all unnecessary stuff
