Some RM samples prints the "Client invoke Successfull!" message even when the axis2server is down

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue

1. Shut down the Simple Axis Server
2. When you execute the samples rm_echo_single_1_1.exe, rm_ping_1_0.exe and rm_ping_1_1.exe it prints the "Client invoke SUCCESSFUL!" message
3. Since the server is down, the samples should fail
