The current situation is unsatisfactory but using svn:externals is the
wrong solution, because it won't work right with branching.  So far all
my attempts to get you to use branching or to set up the repository so
that branching will work properly have been ignored, so I will not waste
time explaining the details again.

At some point somebody will need to take ownership of the SCM issue in
WSO2 and start doing it in a serious, professional way.  When this
happens, I'll be happy to help.
