[wsf-c-dev] PHP build system is very broken - need to fix urgently

WSF/PHP build system is very unusable. Despite the experience that I
have with Axis2/C, I could not manage to build it even after some hacks.
The WSF/PHP svn head should alway build without any trouble - otherwise
the chances are that we would alienate the any early adopters and newcomers.

I would like to propose that we have an hourly build on PHP svn head,
like in the case on Axis2/C hourly builds on both Windows and Linux.
To minimize the breaks due to changes in Axis2/C or Sandesha/C svns, we
should always build against a known revision of those svns. However, I
am not sure about the revision number maintenance effort in this case.
May be any one committing anything to WSF/PHP should test with whatever
revisions of Axis2/C and Sandesha/C and update the revision of those to
be used while committing the new code.
Any other thoughts on how to make the svn stable are welcome.

The bottom line is that a checkout form
https://wso2.org/repos/wso2/wsf/php should always build without any
breaks. (later we should be updating this statement to 'always build and
pass the test suite').

Thanks,
Samisa...
