[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Build Break

I am concerned that a fresh checkout form 
https://wso2.org/repos/wso2/wsf/php does not compile out of the box. :(
We have to somehow make sure that it always compiles running build.sh 
immediately after checkout.
We got to focus on the first impression - we cannot have a second chance :(
