[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Build Break

When I use the latest svn in place of the revision for Axis2/C, it 
breaks in Sandesha/2.
-o .libs/permanent_storage_mgr.o
permanent_storage_mgr.c: In function 
'sandesha2_permanent_storage_mgr_retrieve_msg_ctx':
permanent_storage_mgr.c:841: error: incompatible type for argument 3 of 
'conf->ops->get_transport_out'

Do I have an option to build it without Sandeha or Rampart? (If not we 
should be adding some options in that direction as they are module and 
not core Axis2/C)
