[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Build Break

Why do we have a revision number in the build.sh script of WSF/PHP? The 
build breaks because of this.

If we have a revision number, we should also have a policy on updating 
it. I think, except for a release, we should not be using a revision 
number here, but rather take the svn head.

Also, what are the chances of using svn extern feature here? I would 
like to see the how we can use extern and remove the svn co form build 
script. Can we use extern with a revision? any thoughts.
