wsf-c-commits at wso2.com is created. All the wsf-c and wsf-php commits are
now directed to the new commits list.
If we need to create a new commits list for wsf-php project then list
wsf-php-commits at wso2.com can be created.
All the C people are in C project now in the list and the subscribe and
unsubscribe option are available for all.
Thanks,
