[wsf-c-dev] Moving SVN Commit messages

+1 from me for going ahead but can we create separate commit lists for 
each project? wsf-c-commits etc.; that way someone can sub to whatever 
part of commit messages they're interested in.

In any case, we should let each project decide their own preference IMO 
rather than saying all projects work the same way.
