[wsf-c-dev] [wsf4php] Improving faults

Suppose I try to return a string instead of a proper XML fragment. Right 
now I get a SOAPFault with the great error message: "Something Went 
Wrong"!!!! Yeah I guessed that :-)

Any chance we can be a bit more helpful?
