Few comments:

1. Title in the README file is incorrect;
it says "Web Services Framework (WSF) for C"
should be "WSO2 Web Services Framework (WSF) for C"

2. Two typos in README:
embeded
Acknowledgements
(looks like ispell has not been used)

3. README talks of a LICENSE file. But LICENSE is missing in the
released package.

4. Typos in INSTALL:
thse
behaviour
(again no ispell?)

Please note all these comments and include them in our release process.
I hope the release process is documented in wiki. If not please do. We
should have separate processes for separate products and link them from
a common place. (see how we have done API spec stuff in wiki and do the
same for release process.)
