[wsf-c-dev] [wsf4php] Suggestion: Use of svn externals to fetch WSF/C

Hi,

I noticed that on the WSF/PHP extension, a checkout of WSF/C is taken
when build.sh is run.  Since there is a dependency on WSF/C we might as
well use svn externals to fetch a checkout of WSF/C at the time of
checking out WSF/PHP.

This can be done with svn propedit svn:externals and specifying the
folder and the location of the WSF/C repo.  Any thoughts?
