I don't think its a good idea for you to work on a fixed version of
Axis2/C. In Java even the other modules use the Axis2 SVN HEAD for their
work. This is especially critical when Axis2/C core is changing as this
way you become a constant test case for the core people.
Is there any reason why you can't use the head? If not please switch to it
immediately.

Paul has a PHP course coming up in 10 days. We need to get this stuff
working for it .. he will be here next week so we need to figure this out
on Tuesday.
