This depends on the risk involved in getting it work with the current 
axis2 svn. I see the core has changed a lot due to
memory leak fixes. I'm sure this will give lot of headache again. My 
calculation is this will take at least two weeks to get
working with the current axis2c. I hope our failure in the last 
integration effort with php using the inmemory storage will not occur 
again due to use of a database and fixes in sandesha2. If everything 
goes well it will take another week to integrate. If we allow another 
week with windows issues altogether it will take at least one month 
altogether to get it work with php.
