[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] RM works with PHP

Hi Nandika,
    I have committed all my changes to svn. I tested on Linux. The 
following scenarios work:

1. RM works with both MTOM optimized and non optimized.
2. Having to re-start the server after one request has been fixed
3. Non RM engaged services work along RM engaged services

TODOs:
1. I could not test on Windows
2. I did not test with Rampart engaged.
3. Improve RM PHP samples
4. Document all RM related stuff that applies to PHP, including how to 
clean the database

Here are the revision numbers that worked for me:
Axis2/C: 511883
Sandesha/C: 511885
WSF/PHP: 1062

Given that this is a major milestone in WSF/PHP, I propose that we do an 
1.0alpha2 release with this, by the end of this week. It would be ideal 
to get security encryption into this, but that is not a must.
As I may not be able to come to office this whole week, please look into 
this and let me know of any concerns.
