For the up-coming new format for svn, here are the externs that I can 
think of:

              /axis2c ---> Apache Axis2/C
              /sandesha2c ---> Apache Sandesha2/C
              /wclient
              /xmpp

              /wsf_c ---> WSO2 WSF/C

For backing up at release time, here are the external dependencies:
    WSF/C

          - OpenSSL
    WSF/PHP
          - PHP 5
                  - LibXML2
                  - iconv
                  - Flex
                  - Bison
                  - Win32 Build Libs and Headers
