[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Supporting SOAP ext API

As an initial step towards $subject, I have documented the current API 
of the SOAP extension of PHP 5.

It has been more than a copy and paste job,  as some of the methods had 
not been documented and some methods did stuff different form what the 
document indicated. So I had to look into the code to get the correct idea.

I have also prepared some sample PHP scripts against each function, that 
could be used to test our implementation.

Going through this API and comparing it with what we have, I am certain 
that some of the stuff will require additions to our API and some of the 
features we would not be able to support. I thought of starting with 
client side in non-WSDL mode and start implementing the PHP wrapper, I 
would raise the issues related to additions and problems supporting this 
as and when I come across those.
