[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Pecl Install Support

Hi,
I try to fix the pecl install last week but encountered some problems 
due to that fact that we have a dependency on WSF/C. When pecl install 
is called, it builds the extension from source files using the config.m4 
file packed with the source. But we need to build WSF/C before building 
wsf/php extension source. So need to figure out a way to do it without 
breaking the existing WSF/PHP build system. In addition there is a 
packing problem as well. In the package.xml file , all the files that 
belong to the extension are listed. So if we are pack WSF/C source alone 
with it, then all the files in WSF/C will also have to be listed in that 
xml. Since WSF/C has a large number of ".c" and ".h" files this is 
problematic.
