[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Pecl Install Support

Hi All,
    I think it would be important for us to make sure that those fans of 
pecl can also install WSF/PHP with ease.
    Hence I propose that we re-visit the possibilities to having a page 
at pecl as well as upgrading our build to work with pecl install.
   
    We have http://pecl.php.net/package/axis2, as our original page. We 
should look to re-name the page to wsfphp and link to WSF/PHP form that. 
For that we first need to get pecl install working.
    Thoughts please...
