At the moment, we cannot cover the server side in this report, because, 
if we run the server scripts with httpd, gcov is not capable of 
capturing stats.
So the actual test coverage is greater that what is shown by the report.

The solution for not representing coverage for server side is running 
the server scripts on command line. However, in order to do that, we 
need to implement the local transport at Axis2/C level. It will take us 
some time to implement the local transport and implement the standalone 
command line mode for PHP service scripts.
