Guys
I'm sending a simple WSDL from .NET that I've been doing interop tests
on. I'm writing a white paper on RM/MTOM interop between .NET and Java
and I also have plans to expand the testing to PHP after.
If you have any suggestions to improve it let me know. The three XSDs is
just how .NET creates it.
