[wsf-c-dev][PHP] Dynamic invocation in PHP

Hi Jonathan and All;

    In order to do dynamic invocation in PHP using the XSLT parser which 
we discussed sometimes back, we need to know how it is happen in 
javascript where there is a test sample in the location 
https://wso2.org/repos/wso2/trunk/commons/dynamic-codegen/. 
Unfortunately we could not get to work that test sample since I could 
not find any document saying how to do it. So if you could give some 
guideline how to work that sample we would be greatly appreciated.
