If we are talking about only the client and service APIs, we should be 
able to do this towards the end of June for sure. However if time 
permits, we should have that before that as well.

I can start on an API design immediately. I hope implementation is going 
to be straight forward given our experience with C++.

We may also have to think about generating C++ code for WSDLs. Best 
option is to use the Java tool to do this. But this needs more time.

Also, if people want to write handlers in C++ and deploy, that too needs 
an API. I would not include WSDL2C++ and handler API for the June time 
frame considering the other stuff we have planned.
