I have done some planning around the 2:1 release model.

Please have a look at the Gantt chart of the project planner to get a 
better understanding of how you have been allocated.
For most of the tasks, I have already created Jiras along with sub 
tasks. If you feel more Jiras are requires, or more sub tasks are 
required, please create them and update the wiki pages.
Also if you have any concerns on any allocations or timing/scheduling, 
this is the time to raise them.

Please note that, I have not allocated many of you for March, which is 
the release month. Task allocation for the release moth would be done 
towards the end of Jan or beginning of Feb.
