For the above two, have we finalized the API? James had several 
suggestions for item 7, have they all been looked into and agreed upon?
If the answer is not yet, when do we expect to finish those?

If we can get WSDL stuff and RM into this release, that is lot of 
ground. We can include security encryption in a later release of PHP but 
I hope we can ship that with WSF4C this time.
