Last night I built RM and ran httpd, without configuring axis2.xml for
RM but having the module in the modules folder.
Then httpd crashed. Often what happens is that the main httpd thread
runs, but only the Axis2/C related threads crash. But in this case, I
see that whole of apache crashes.
