Grouped by element and Rowname of the output mapping should be optional attributes if SQL insert or update statement is included in a query

Grouped by element and Rowname are empty if the query includes insert or update statement. Therefore those attributes should not be mandatory when updating such a data service.

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Edit an existing query which has insert or update statement
2. You will not be able to save it unless Grouped by element and Row name are given.
