Error handling should be improved in 'WSDL Converter' and 'TryIt' pages

Inappropriate error messages are displayed when providing invalid WSDL1.1 document URL in 'Tryit' and 'WSDL Converter' pages.

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Go to WSDL Converter' page.
2. Type C:\ in the 'Please type WSDL 1.1 document URL' text box
3. Click on 'Convert WSDL1.1-->2.0' button

'Unknown protocol C:' error message appears. An user friendly error such as 'The selected WSDL document invalid or does not exist' should be displayed. 

Same issue is applicable to the 'Tryit' page.
