Currently Axis2-1.2 supports pojo annotation through a custom pojo deployer which can be specified in axis2.xml as follows.
<deployer directory="pojo" extension=".class" class="org.apache.axis2.deployment.POJODeployer"/>

It will be useful if wsas admin console provide facilities to deploy an annotated pojo service.
