JS error prevents displaying error message popup when deploying an invalid service archive

"Service file upload FAILED. Illegal Service file type. Allowed file extensions are .aar,.jar,.zip" error message was displayed when deploying an invalid format of a service archive. However this error is not shown to the user in the latest wsas nightly builds. Instead the following javascript error appears.

1. Navigate to services and service group management page
2. Upload an invalid service archive format (eg:- upload an xml file)
