Please see the attached screen shot. Methods are shown with signature, access specifiers and return type in operation specific parameters page, when the service archive is generated using wsas 'Create Service Archive' option.

Steps to reproduce:
================
1. Select a service and create a service archive using the 'Create Service Archive' option.
2. Undeploy the service
3. Deploy the generated service
4. Navigate to 'Service and Service Group Management' page
5. Click on service name
6. Click on 'Manage Service Operations'
7. Click on 'Edit operation specific parameters' icon
