'Logs' link needs to be clicked twice in order to get the log details

If you want to get the log details from 'System logs' page, you need to click twice on 'Logs' menu item of the left navigation.

Steps to reproduce:
================
1. Access wsas management console
2. Click on 'Logs' in the left navigation
You will not get any results until the same 'Logs' link is clicked again
