No warning message given when trying to add an existing transport

A warning message was given in previous WSAS versions saying that the transport is already added when a user tries to add an existing transport. However, it is not available in latest nightly builds.

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Log in to wsas management console and navigate to 'Service and Service Group management' page
2. Click on version service
3. Select 'Manage Transports'
4. Select an existing transport from drop down and click on add
