Afkham Azeez resolved WSAS-333.
-------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: Nightly
       Resolution: Fixed

URL repos will be used in production, whereas the dump AAR feature will be used in development. It is a bit complex to dump an AAR from a URL, and we feel that it is not going to be used this way. Hence, we display an appropriate error message.
