Endpoints are not updated correctly with transport changes

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Click on a service in 'Services and ServiceGroup Management' page
2. You can see both http and https endpoint references in 'Service Management' page
3. Click on 'Manage Transports' link
4. Remove https transport 
5. Now go back to service management page and check endpoint  references.

https endpoint still displays there.
