> Inconsistencies have shown when engaging modules without version and modules with -SNAPSHOT version. When try to engage either of the above specified modules, database wouldn't allow to add this entry. But if when we refresh and see the same page it will be shown as engaged. This is due to Axis2 will allow to engage it. Thus, database has to be sync with Axis2 description hierarchy when engaging modules.
