Hi,

Another advantage of rooted pom.xml is that when we wanna upload the
artifacts to the remote repository (even nightly builds), Deep has only
need to do "mvn deploy" at the rooted pom.xml ; with a minor changes to
setting.xml. Sorry, I forgot to checking the pom.xml file earlier,
though it was locally in my machine. IMHO we could remove all build.xmls
and keep it to all Maven2 build system.
