When services are activated and deactivated, the service links displayed in the RSS Feeds are giving errors

Below are the steps taken to produce the error

1. Go to "Services > [service_name]"
2. Deactivate the service through the "Deactivate" link
3. View the RSS Feeds through the RSS Link
4. You will see that the same services is listed several times with the descriptions "service marked as active" and  "service marked as inactive". Therefore, click on one of these service links and it will give you an error message
5. Only the original service link will work and display the correct information.
