[wsas-java-dev] Wiki page for WSO2 WSAS feature list

How about making this into a table .. first column is the version number 
(in increasing order; so we'd need to clean up after every release), and 
second is the feature.

Yeah I know its a wiki and I can edit it .. ;-).
