Are there specifications (XML schemas) available for:

         1.  axis2.xml
         2.  services.xml

For example, the rampart policy.xml file, I believe,  is specified in
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-utility-1.0.xsd
