> if @WebService annotation is specified without explicitly defining the name of the service, the web service should be named according to the class name.
> Currently, the service name is taken as blank when deploying such a service implementation class in WSAS.
> Steps to reproduce:
> ===============
> 1. Deploy the attached jar, which includes following service impl class.
> @WebService(targetNamespace="http://www.openuri.org/jsr181/WebParamExample")
> @SOAPBinding(style=SOAPBinding.Style.RPC)
> public class Webparamtestservice {
> @WebMethod(operationName = "jaxwsEchoMethod")
> public String echoString(@WebParam(name="stringIn")String s){
> return s;
> }
> }
> 2. Access WSAS maangement console and check the service name
