[wsas-java-dev] service archives having libs in the aar takes too long to respond

When I replaced the axis2-SNAPSHOT.jar in the WSAS lib with 
axis2-1.3.jar, the startup time drastically reduced. So there is a 
problem in the axis2-SNAPSHOT.jar (built from the latest Axis2 trunk)
