Change Manage->Services to Information->Services

Also show the EPRs of each service. Like Keith pointed out, this will be
very useful for interops etc.

When the user clicks "Sign In", reload the page via HTTPS and show the
login box. The style of the login box is not appropriate anymore. Make
it blend with the rest of the console.

Thought: Is it correct to call it a Management Console anymore? Any user
can do many things on the home page, which are not related to managing
anything. Also, WebLogic simply calls it the WebLogic Console. So may be
we also should simply refer to it as the WSAS Console.
