Following error occurs when validating an aar using WSAS management console.

ERROR [2007-08-31 14:54:29,093]  java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
ERROR [2007-08-31 14:54:29,093]  org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: String index out of range: -1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on 'Service.xml validator'
2. Browse a valid aar and click on 'Validate AAR'
