installation_guide.html shipped with WSAS 2.0 is truncated. Azeez sent another html on the mailing list. But that does not have sufficient information for installing on Geronimo 2.0.1. 

List of issues are as follows:
1) Had to use "Generic Server" option when running install.bat. If i chose the "Geronimo Server" followed by "other" (since the install script only supports Geronimo 1.1.1), i got a NPE.
2) Please see WSAS-460 and WSAS-461 for two other related issues
3) We need to update the doc with information on the exact plan that can be used to set up the data sources and information on what items in the plan needs to be tweaked by hand (example the location of the database). See WSAS-460 for the plan that worked for me.
4) Editing server.xml to set the default Geronimo ports 8080 and 8443 should be in the same section "3. Apache Geronimo AS" as well.
