'Server Type' field in the  first step of ejb provider configuration wizard is not marked as mandatory. When clicking on 'Add Application Server' button without specifying an application server 'Please select an Application Server type.' error message appears. Since the other mandatory fields are indicated with asterisk, please follow the same method for 'Server Type' field.
